1. Due to the cost of producing the show, all participants are asked to sell an advertisement for the program or contribute
    $25.00, in addition to the normal $15.00 t-shirt and insurance cost.  There is no cost to audition.

3. Check the Master Schedule Page for important dates and times - you can find that in the menu on home page.
4. All weekday rehearsals will begin at 6:30pm unless otherwise noted
5. Offscript - means your lines are memorized (but we will still prompt you)
6. Roll call list will be posted on the Sound Booth door (back of the theatre); Sign in each time you are at the theatre.
7. Sign Up List is also there for anyone else who wants to help in this production
8. Note the Set Construction Day. We will need all cast members (and whoever else can help) to build the stage set.
9. Any questions, talk to the director or assistant director.
10.Pictures from the Show will be available for sale on a CD during each performance.  No videotaping is allowed.

Rapunzel (Directed by Joan Apperson)

A childhood favorite is a mix of the magical and the ordinary.  When the doll maker is forced to make a deal with the evil, hateful witch, he has no choice other than to promise her his first born daughter.  Rapunzel is then raised in the witch's tower to become a witch herself someday.  However,
Rapunzel is kind and beautiful and does not want any part of learning the witch's mean and nasty spells.  It seems like she will be trapped there forever, until one day...

The Storm (Directed by Tony Webb)

Four years earlier in a blinding snow storm, Jeff's car veers off the road and hits an on coming car.  The woman driving the car was killed along with her young daughter.  Jeff, unable to live with himself, has been on the run with his wife, Mary, since this tragic accident took place.  Presently, both
are stuck in a cabin with their young baby son, Mikey.  It's getting dark outside as evening approaches.  A heavy blanket of snow is on the ground when a blizzard begins to howl...  Somehow a hunter is able to make it to the front door.  Who is this stranger?  Why did he go out in this blizzard?
Who are the woman and young girl that arrive soon after the hunter?  Watch as the interaction and tension build to a breaking point. What will be the outcome?

Trifles (Directed by Beth Elam)

Join the sheriff, county attorney, and the local ladies in a "what goes around comes around" story that will challenge you with moral questions.  On what basis do we judge people?  What is our responsibility when we see those around us suffering?  Are there absolutes when it comes to justice? 
Will your answers be the same after entering John Wright's life...and death?

Dating can be hard, especially when your date happens to be a raging kleptomaniac, or your grandmother's bridge partner, or a mime.  Check, Please follows a series of blind dinner dates that couldn't get any worse- until they do.  Could there possibly be a light at the end of the tunnel?
This version will be cast with two couples playing all of the scenes.

The Queen in the Kitchen
(Adapted and Directed by Lorrie Harris)

There is trouble in the kingdom!  The Queen hates the food that the Chef and cooks have been making, so she decides to take matters into her own hands, and makes a very interesting dish!  In the meantime, a Peasant has asked for the Princess's hand in marriage - becoming a "royal pain" to the Queen, who
wants her to marry the Duke!  The twists and turns of the silly tale receive an added "ummph" from a selection of Motown song segments intermingled with the dialogue.  Think "Shrek in the Kitchen"...sort of.

When a woman is put on trial for speaking an "illegal language" on the island of Cretin, the complex, ever-changing laws of the court provide an hilarious experience for audiences of all ages.  This one-act parodies both the complexities of a legal trial and the seemingly necessary need for a
universal language.  Younger kids will enjoy the ageless informality of the trial, while the older "kids-at-heart" will chuckle at the many cracks directed towards the absurdity of the legal proceedings.
